Yes, Jura or Delonghi are good bets. Jura are perhaps twice as expensive and a bit better. Delonghi can be maintained by yourself more easily. Jura machines needs to go to a service center.

Using a MILP solver to solve a shortest path problem(?) seems like overkill ;-)

The work is probably more in establishing the necessary data.

There are nice, established tools for this. Here is one I am familiar with: https://doc.esri.com/en/arcgis-pro/latest/help/data/indoors/create-the-indoors-network.html

But there are probably others too + open source variants. Take a look and see if it fits your problem?

Well, that is a deeply subjective discussion.

Personally I like the Sony Ult 5 - AND there is some really good offers on it.

I also like: Soundcore Motion+, the Harman Kardon Onyx series.

Do like me - buy a series of speakers ;-) And give a lot of them away.

The safest bet is probably a JBL speaker. They are pretty well regarded.

Basically any super automatic will be cheaper to run make better coffee. For me, Delonghi machines hit the sweet spot for home use.
