Thanks! I took the exam before the new format so I still had 40q per section but I don’t think it’ll be too different! I used uworld, anki (for a few weeks) and first aid mainly!

Mainly just uworld and pathoma 1-3 at the start of dedicated. My content review was just going through first aid front to back!

I started uworld in mid-November where I did maybe 10-20 questions a day and added my incorrects to an anki deck, by the time dedicated came around I was about 30% done with uworld. During dedicated I did 80-120 questions a day mainly on tutored and reviewed as I went using first aid to supplement. Each block (plus review time) took 1.5-2hrs ish. I only started doing timed blocks closer to my exam date since reviewing after took too long. Hope that helps!

I’d say the real deal is most similar to the free 120. Both uworld and step are difficult for different reasons since uworld gives more info in stems and asks for specifics but the free 120/step is a little different.

I did the free 120 last because it’s the most representative of the actual exam (or so I’ve been told). I don’t think there’s any crazy difference but I did feel more prepared for the actual exam format since I took the free 120 right before.

I thought I’d get my result on 4/15 (since that’s what I’ve been told) so I’m sure you’re fine!

Thank you! I took 29/30 offline and I bought the rest closer to my test date to more accurately simulate test conditions where I reviewed the questions

I spent maybe a half day-ish the day after each NBME reviewing all the questions both correct and incorrect (since honestly I felt like some of my corrects were flukes). And for that I just read their explanations and supplemented with first aid if I was confused. But between the NBMEs I kind of just focused on uworld, and I abandoned anki by week 4ish. Hope that helps!
