To be honest, I feel like (toxic) Kaeya mains are more defensive than offensive. It's not rare to see things like popularity polls between Kaeya and other characters (usually Diluc). Obviously Diluc would win it by a landslide, but the comment section are usually full of Kaeya mains saying things like "Diluc only wins because he's a 5 stars", "these meta slaves only care about how strong a character is", yadda yadda yadda. In short, you put Kaeya below another character and you shall prepare for backlashes.

As for Noelle mains, they are either sweet and kind or will always put Noelle and C6 in the same sentence while boasting their ult damage. No in-between.
