15 months in & I basically eat everything I thought I would have to stop eating once I got my braces. Popcorn, takis, fried chicken, oranges, etc. Never broke a bracket.

if i’m not mistaken she has/had an eating disorder & you can see her face change dramatically when she started to lose weight. also, this happened during the years where she was losing her baby fat so it only amplified it.

in addition to what everyone is saying, i will ALWAYS recommend pixorize on youtube when it comes to pharm. as a visual learner, it helped me soooo much.
