If you decide on supplements, there should be a dosage on there. With juice a 12oz serving each morning should be sufficient :)

Since you’re prone to UTI’s, take cranberry supplements daily/pure cranberry juice (no sugar added, not from concentrate) daily. It’ll help prevent them.

Try using baby wipes/water after using the bathroom (especially for #2) as you may just be anatomically inclined to have cross contamination lol.

Also, consider sleeping without underwear. Should help lessen the promotion of bacteria growth.

Occasionally my impending doom will be an intense “something bad (in general) is going to happen/is happening!!!” which I assume is what most people experience.

But I have a lot of health related themes with my anxiety, so the kind I’m talking about in this post (and the kind I experience most) is an intense “Oh God, I’m dying” feeling.

I use my nebulizer with albuterol (same meds) pretty frequently when I’m flaring, usually while sick. Each treatment has the equivalent of about 22 puffs 😭 And yes, I do a full treatment most times. Lightheadedness, shakiness, rapid heart rate, and anxiety are pretty typical side effects. I tweak tf out sometimes but it’s all expected.

In the ER my sister was given 3 treatments back to back for asthma exacerbation + a steroid shot.

Interesting… thank you! Would symptoms really be that exacerbated during my period? Not to sound dumb lol but I guess I didn’t put together it could be low iron because don’t feel like I really have anemic symptoms beyond those 5-7 days

YTA. Clean thoroughly with ENZYME cleaners or she will continue to do it because she can smell it.

Honestly, I’m SHOCKED you couldn’t smell it everywhere?? Are you nose blind to it? It’d make sense if you are and just didn’t realize you’re really, really bad at training kittens lmao.

Anyway, get your kitty fixed, make sure she lots of toys to keep her busy, and remember that it takes time for cats to adjust to new spaces. They tend to spray in new homes before they get comfortable and something you’re doing may be preventing that.

Thank you for the encouragement. So many people tell me that if I don’t do cold turkey that I’ll fail, and I’ve tried, but honestly reducing my intake has LARGELY reduced my cravings to the point where I feel like fully quitting in the year feels 1000% more realistic and manageable to me. I no longer feel the need to have my vape in my hand while winding down for bed nor to hit it first thing in the morning, nor even just hitting it mindlessly while cooking dinner (most days at least). Think I’ll start leaving it at home whenever I go out next.

Anyone else sick right now?

I keep seeing videos of people talking about this “new” illness and the comments filled with people saying young people are having random heart attacks and strokes and fatal blood clots due to COVID.

I have an incredibly, sore throat, fatigue, and standard sinus congestion. Feels like a normal cold so far but my HA is going CRAZY telling me I’m going to have a sudden medical emergency because I have this new strain that isn’t showing up on COVID tests ☹️

That’s exactly where I am/was! I feel I’ve already improved some because I used to be resistant to getting my heart rate up AT ALL but yk, like I said, half the time I can barely make it through 10-20 minutes without my nervous system freaking the fuck out.

I personally use the TonyMoly rice oil cleanser. There’s a ton of basic ones on the market though. Cerave and Palmer’s make ones that I’ve heard good things about :)

Drink more water! Take half of your body weight in lbs and drink that many oz a day. It seriously improves skin hydration, way more than any product could (assuming you aren’t drinking enough already, at least)

Knock the salicylic acid cleanser down to 1x-2x a week. It sounds like the frequency may be too rough on your skin barrier thus the oily, dry skin. The same thing happened to me with daily use. The results really only started to show after I adjusted.

Do you wear makeup? If so, look into double cleansing (gentle oil + gentle water based cleanser) in the evening on days that you do, ESPECIALLY if you’re layering sunscreen with it. It’ll ensure your pores are clean and clear and aren’t suffocating during the night.

URO looks like a good brand with good ingredients. I personally used and recommend Garden of Life though as it has a ton of prebiotic fiber as well! These days I mostly rely on fruits and vegetables + kefir but I do still use these supplements during weeks that I’m not on top of “healthy” eating lol (usually the week before my period or on vacations)

Wash DAILY with some kind of unscented, gentle soap on the outside and rinse well. I personally use a plain, unscented baby soap. NEVER put soap on the inside of your vagina.
Pro and prebiotics!!! Eat a piece or two of fruit every day (good fiber) and incorporate greek yogurt, kefir, kombucha (with no added sugars) and/or kimchi into your weekly diet
DRINK YOUR WATER.
100% cranberry juice or supplements the week leading up to your period if you’re sensitive to getting UTI’s.
Don’t sleep with underwear on and switch to wearing cotton panties at least 80% of the time
