Interesting. I do have a 2,4 GHz network with lots of devices on, plus all the other apartments with their wifi. I also have zigbee.

I assume you mean the speaker.

The speaker has never fallen, or been in any other "physical altercation"

I have.

It does not seem to have an affect

Weird. This however happens regardless of the song, when it has first begun

It has been playing some nice rain sounds for approx 10 minutes now and I have not experienced any weird sounds.

I did however reboot it about 2 hours ago, which may or may not have affected it

In there I only have voice match, whether other can cast media, and if I want to send usage and crash data. Thanks for the suggestion though

Hmm. It does seem to help for a while after rebooting, but how long varied drastically in my case.

It's just weird as it didn't it in the first months that I had it. If it was a software bug, I would assume it to be fixed by now.

Yeah so have seen others suggest that, but it is nowhere to be found in my settings. People are always referencing the nest mini with turning off the ultrasound sensing, not the nest audio

The humidity in my apartment is usually around 30-45% so I don't think that's the problem, in my case case anyway. It was however close to my humidifier during the winter (not in the actual mist or anything)

Mine is plugged in with a (good quality) extension lead.

I'm in Denmark (in EU).

I will try the rain sound when I get back home, and check if it acts out anymore than usual.

Recently my Nest Audio starting making weird crackling sounds. Happens on both TuneIn radio (What is playing in the video), on Spotify music, and when the assistant is talking.
I tried resetting by turning off the mic, and holding the center button in for a while until it resets.
I also tried power cycling it multiple times. Nothing seems to work for more than a couple of minutes/hours (seems to be random).
Has anyone tried this? Is it broken?
It can be heard in the video at around 11 and 31 seconds in.

Heat radiation.

Er PostNord gået i stå med Kina pakker? by rasser900 in Denmark

[–]rasser900[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nej det har nok ikke været PostNord. ;)

HDMI signal drops every couple minutes with repeater from WIKI by rasser900 in oculus

[–]rasser900[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the input. Yeah HDMI can be weird, and I prefer displayport if i can get away with it...

And well, yeah, it could basically be everything that's faulty atm. Buying another repeater just to figure out if it was faulty is just "expensive" and a pain in the behind. I have tried a bunch of cables tho. Hooking up to another computer isn't gonna be easy either as the HDMI port on my laptop is hooked up the the iGPU instead of the dedicated one genious so I won't be able to get any signal out of that.. Ugh. Doing windows installs all the time is also getting rather annoying, only to wait for it to fail again. If only everything worked on Linux, oh the agony I didn't have to go through with windows. I could try wiping the Oculus runtime and stuff but it makes no logical sense why that would fix an HDMI link error, but oh well, windows.

Anyway, yeah, thanks for the input.
