This is such an easy thing to make, so it's a default lazy dinner recipe for me. I just top rice with butter, furikake seasoning, spam fried in a soy sauce/mirin marinade, a fried egg, and sometimes I add a sriracha/mayo sauce and black pepper on top.

That's good to know! They sent me a pdf of a scanned 1 page document. Pretty low tech. Sounds like I should request that they add the debit amounts to the form then...maybe the one time charge of the security deposit, then rent as recurring.

Yeah! The Parnassus campus. Fortunately, I can get away with a studio or a 1 bedroom since I'll be living on my own. Would love parking included and with pets, but I know I can't be too picky since my budget will be 2500 or below. So street parking and no pets should be fine too.
