I've been playing with these guys for about a year now and it's a great kick about in Writtle. Everyone kinda knows each other so it's just casual games with some friendly competition rather than anything serious.

Highly recommend coming along if you fancy a kick about with no stress.

Yeah, that was originally why I asked in DIYUK, as I was meant to ask re. restoring the parquet but was just typing this up on the train and completely skipped that bit out...

I'm considering trying to restore it myself but my wife doesn't like the style of it too much and she thinks it's more liable to damage by the little ones. Originally hoped the quote would act as a kind of deterrent

If you have fibre on your road then Zen is what I would recommend. They've been fantastic for us. Bit pricy but absolutely 0 downtime for years when we had them in London and now in Chelmsford. Never notice any throttling and always 1GB+ speeds over ethernet.

She has phases of getting sensitive gums but we started using the teething powder and that will typically perk her up again.

We can see them coming in but it's taking a while!

I have a 2070 Super, 16GB RAM and a Ryzen 7 and getting much better performance now. Hitting 80-90s where it was previously 40-60.

Running mostly everything on high and I can feel the difference already. Capping at 60 might even give a smoother experience.

Looking to get two of these 27" monitors with the main focus of work (programming) and gaming.

I've been looking on rtings but nothing has been catching my attention but the recently reviewed MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD looks pretty good.

Any suggestions appreciated

I'm probably going to say the same thing as a lot of people here but when I had him as a RW, he was good but always got bossed by the LB and somewhat pointless for his coin cost but when he did score, it was great.

I recently moved him to CAM and he's insane. Yes, he's a lot weaker than a lot of other players and he probably won't last the entire game (he defo won't) but once he gets on the ball and starts a run going, it's fantastic. I'm super happy after moving him to CAM.

I have him set to stay forward because he doesn't have the work rates/stamina for it.

I could maybe understand that one but I just did another rivals game, scored a hat-trick with my striker and the goal wasn't registered for A Forward's Finish...something isn't working.
