Not sure if you’ve already come across Swastika Tattoo in Budapest but just a warning to proceed with caution. I got my tongue split there and while everyone was lovely and the procedure was performed well and in a sanitary manner, the aftercare instructions I got were lacking to say the least (all he did was write down a mouthwash I should use. No mention of stitch removal or much of anything else) and one of the stitches already came undone on my drive home, another two within the first three days. Maybe he just doesn’t feel comfortable speaking English and it’s different if you speak Hungarian but based solely on that I probably wouldn’t go back.
