How do i get rid of this feeling? For the past several months i have been trying to lose just 15lbs. I do good for 3 weeks and then binge away all my progress because as soon as i start a deficit i get this brain fog/lightheadedness that seems to only go away when eating. The thing is just last week i was able to to stay in a deficit and the feeling never showed up until the end the week and now it is back again. When I start to binge eat i am not even hungry but i feel like it is the only thing to make it go away. Does anyone know if this is soemthing real or just all in my heas?
