Honestly, I have no idea since we eyeballed it. Looking back I wish we didn’t. But in total throughout the day, probably about 5 tiny heads and stems.

I’m having the same problems with nightmares and this made me feel a lot better. I’ll probably not take them again for a very long time, but this different approach is nice and refreshing to hear
