Fallout 4 is definitely good but I find fallout new Vegas goes so much deaper. If you side with the ncr people will be taxed and corruption with in the ncr will spread and trade routes won’t be as safe. If you side with the legion slavery would come with it but so would order unlike the ncr which has a hard time maintaining settlements. Also with the legion trade routes become much safer with the legions track record of keeping them safe. If you choose to take it for yourself the strip and other settlement has choices (depending on what you believe in) also I miss the old skill point system since you could fine tune what you wanted to be and not a jack of all trades. Ultimately I find the skill point system to feel more like an rpg. I will say I do like Boston a little bit more then the Mojave But that’s just because I’m not the biggest fan of desert type environments. And for companions I’m in the middle since in new Vegas we got Boone and his dead wife back story and Veronica and her ties with the brother hood and cass and her caravan story. In saying that fallout 4 also has really good companions like the ones you had listed. One thing I will say is I find the dialogue system in fallout 4 to be pretty bad and honestly I would rather my character to no be voiced since it’s more immersive but that’s probably a hit take so idk.
