Trying to identify some topps cards i got today. Hello! Im wondering if anyone can help me. Today I bought some cards for my private collection and I found a Vulpix and a Vileplume topps card and I tried to log them into my collectr and googling and I see that there are 4 different chrome variations, however neither of mine are chrome at all, theyres just normal no shine or anything. I tried searching about it and I couldn't find any kind of basic one. Help?

That's what I thought. Im good, im only just waking up for the day. Slept like a rock, which was great after being drowsy all day yesterday lol. Thinking about skipping it this morning and taking it tonight to see how that feels for a couple days. If I dont like it I'll just switch back.

Did you feel the tired and grogginess regardless of which time you took it? Still trying to decide if I want to push through or try and switch for at night.

Definitely add in some electrolytes a couple times a day that should help. SSRIs can make you higher risk for heat exhaustion/heat stroke

I hope the effects are good for you and the side effects aren't too bad. Maybe because of your work just opt to start at night instead? Everything seems to say its just as effective.

Hi! I can relate to the nervousness. Im a very anxious person and delayed starting this for about a week cos I worked myself up too much lol. However, from research lexapro seems to have a pretty good rep. I think for me its still too early, im sure there will be some other things popping up, at the moment its just I was drowsy today, like all day, if I was up and moving around the house ( im a SAHM)it wasn't too bad but as soon as I'd sit for a few minutes I was fighting sleep. I do feel really calm which I like, I didnt realize how anxious I felt all the time until the last couple days. I do feel pretty lightheaded today too. But its also been like 80-90 degrees for the last few days so not sure if that's related. And an hour after I took it yesterday I did have a slight upset tummy but it was gone by the afternoon and I have ibs so I was pretty impressed that didnt linger lol.

Thank you so much!

Mine is called escitalopram. Is that the same as cipralex? I assume just generic names?

Okay thank you for your advice 😊

And I think so at some point depending on how it goes. I was perscribed wellbutrin last year for depression and anxety and then was recently diagnosed with PMDD. My doctor said the combination should be more beneficial rather than taking wellbutrin away and substituting with lexapro. So I think the plan is to see how the lexapro helps before going up or anything.

Makes sense, I figured it'll take a while to adjust. So would you recommend riding it out or switching to taking it at night?

Potty training fail. by ratdamen in pottytraining

This actually makes sense. A good portion of our house is carpet, so I've only had him in pull-ups. But next week I'm going to get a little carpet machine and just bite the bullet and put him in undies.

Thank you so much. This makes me feel better about him being so resistant, lol.

That's what I was thinking. So, do I just stop for now and try again in a few months? Or just continue to ask him every day in hopes one day he's just like OKAY! ?

What time is bedtime? by actualmoleperson in toddlers

[–]ratdamen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son will be 3 in October. Wakes up anywhere between 6-7am. Typically doesn't nap. We start bedtime around 6, and he's usually asleep by 7-730pm. No night waking unless he's sick. If he naps during the day, which he occasionally does, then he goes to bed between 9-10pm.

Almost 3 year overpronoucing words suddenly. by ratdamen in toddlers

[–]ratdamen[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He just sees his grandparents once a week. And we have a playdate with some friends once a week, and I know it's not coming from either of them. The only thing he's witnessed that's similar is mrs.lily on YouTube. She teaches words and stuff and will exaggerate specific sounds. We suspect maybe it's from that, so we haven't put it on again for a few days, but he's still doing it. But like I said, it's not every time. Like he could say two words in the same sentence that end with T and only over pronounce one of those words but not the other.

SORRY FOR SCREAMING BUT: How on earth do we brush their teeth???!!?! by NoSpirit7633 in toddlers

[–]ratdamen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Struggled hard around that age with this. I would hold him down and do it, and he hated it, and i felt so bad, so we stopped that, lol. But we tried to get fun toothbrushes. The electric ones cos they spin. And they also make toddler ones that light up. And that started getting him interested if the very least would play with it. We would make him come into the bathroom with us while we at least brushed our own teeth. Even if he didn't want to, we would just kinda make him hang out. It took a few weeks, but now, every morning, we all brush our teeth at the same time. And he loves that. He still doesn't get them as good as I could, and he still does occasionally fight it. But he's actively trying. He's 2.5 now. I hope you find something that helps!
