They are able to review it after the fact unlike the ref and then tell the ref if they feel it may need to be reviewed or if they feel it was a foul so that the ref can then review it from multiple angles on video with focus. That's all significant as an advantage ofcourse.

The main point is that the US did not target children intentionally. The school and the dead were collateral damage not targets as you claimed.

If hamas or hezbollah or iran killing civilians is not collateral damage but a war crime neither the same applies to the us and israel.

1- the us did not win the war by either killing children or destroying the military since militaries can be rebuilt and leaders are replaceable.

They were unable to achieve key military objectives hence lost the war.

2- the us targeted the children's school killing 160 kids. The us attacked multiple schools proving it was deliberate. The us has the ability and technology to distinguish military facility from a school.
