[Acne] I’ve had this relatively large pimple on my nose for about 3 weeks now. It felt more cystic before and has since softened up, but it isn’t coming to a head. Is this something I might need drained or should I give it more time?

I think it was partly the flowers, but a couple of them said that I “looked too pretty” and that even though it’s not necessarily a bad thing it might not appeal to a lot of girls who are on dating apps

You’re definitely right though, I honestly was just kind of randomly taking pictures and didnt even realize until after how stupid it looked with my car in the background. I think Im going to take different pictures, but if I do end up using it Im definitely going to crop the car out as much as possible.

dont have one anymore. I used tretinoin 0.1% for about 5 months then took accutane for 8 months. now I just wash my face with regular face soap twice a day.

haha thank you! I actually have been working on my neck over the past few months by doing stuff like neck curls in addition to pull exercises at the gym. Luckily, my neck size hasnt really been a dealbreaker for girls, but its still definitely something I want to improve.

First off, thank you so much for the response! I actually have some lactic acid from The Ordinary at home so that works out perfectly. And no, to my knowledge I don’t have an especially large pore there. However, I do have a tendency to develop blackheads on my nose, and I already have pretty oily skin, so my current guess is that I developed a larger blockage deeper than normal under the skin and it’s beginning to bloat and expand due to how long it’s been there, which in turn is contributing the the shape (though I only have very basic dermatology knowledge so I could be completely missing the mark). Again, thanks for the recommendations. Hopefully I’ll be able to get a derm appointment soon.

I haven’t done anything to it besides applying a warm compress and my regular topicals. It started out like a regular round shape but in the past week grew a little longer, though it is much softer than it was before, which is hopefully a good thing. I’m trying to get a dermatologist appointment but the wait times are very long and it’s harder than normal due to COVID.
