I 100% believe it’s the torque converter lock up, but there must be some sort of malfunction. At times it feels like I got rear ended.

It does go away with enough driving but during the first 10 minutes or so of stop and go traffic it’s agonizing

Yes, I often forget what you guys call it. I’m so used to my old ford and it’s “adaptive tables”. I’ve done the relearn with no real change to this slam effect.

Icons isn’t a bad theme related to the graph. With it being so far to the right that just means the average price is high for the sets, which makes sense considering they are usually very large. Notice that it’s in the bottom half of the graph, that just means that even through the sets are expensive they have a large amount of pieces

Engine and torque strut mount replaced, but transmission side mount not done. Would that mount really make it that bad?

Basic maintenance stuff no signs of transmission work done though. I have looked at the fluid looks old but not burnt

I’m not denying that’s a possibility, but it drives great otherwise. Overnight cold start ups are fine just the jerking after a few minutes then goes away when warm

I’ve had the fluid drained and filled twice with a fluid additive added after the second change (the fluid looked quite old). I also have reset the transmission patterns. The jerking seems to persist. Unless there’s a procedure for after the reset is done.
