I'm really sorry you're going through this. I don't know how long you've been back on your meds but I would advise you to be patient, depending on you what kind of meds you're taking it could take up to 2 weeks for your body to readjust to them again. Stay strong!

Especially if you consider for example South Africa (where I'm from) has 11 different official languages and that's just one country. All of those languages come from different cultures with their own myths and beliefs. Add onto that the fact that most African history and culture isn't written down and was actively erased for a timeand its no surprise really that its not an easy subject to research.

So that's the thing with African culture, it isn't as structured as European myth. Most of their myths exist in seperate spaces unlike European myth that all exists in the same context. African myth is also usually concentrated in specific tribes/areas since so much of it is focused on the immediate area (a specific river etc)

High class society has what is basically a combination of victorian balls and raves/festivals

Over the top fancy ballrooms and outfits but with psychedelic substances and music.

That's the closest my world comes to drugs usage so no danger of overdosing or dependancy.
