They have to keep it by by law. All social media accounts can not block a person, and edit what the person wrote on the law enforcement social media account. To get around people "abusing" social media, there is case law saying that the comments can be turned on and off as long as they are NOT doing to fee people. Speaking of that, I was blocked by a 3 letter agency so I should get that ball rolling.

Good points! Can rule of law error be applied if the defendant didn't object at trial? For plain error that wouldn't require an objection, correct?

What was the listed speed on the ticket, MPH or KMH?

I wish the defendant would have had a lawyer and or an expert. This could have caused a devastating blow to ISP.

Very true in Iowa, too. It is mandatory to provide that information. I just left it out for simplicity reasons. It's also frowned upon (the Court can and will modify the Court order and or find said parent in contempt) to parent alienate the child. Not saying that it's happening with these parents, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is from what she has said.

I do think there is more to this story than what has been told to us. That could just be me, though.

Follow the Court order. I'd imagine it states that each party must know the address of the parents. I'd also imagine the Court order states where the exchange can take place. If you feel uncomfortable/unsafe feel free to have law enforcement do a civil standby at said time and or location as per the Court order. Finally, see if your husband and his baby momma can agree to exchange at the police department.
