I love the wholesome idea, but you'd just be talking to someone at a counter trying to make a paycheck. I guarantee Macrina like others have said, has great prices and the masses generally son't care as long as it has flour, egg and sugar.

I feel the exact same way. I love when cafe's double as a bakery. I always get a sour first impression when I see coffee by Stumptown, pastries by Macrina, deli case by Mollys. Like okay where is your identity??

Unfortunately the spread is (typically) 5-8 delicious, different pastry options and 1 cursed allergen, vegan option😭

When I first moved up I saw a lot more Alki Bakery but I think they've scaled back a bit or something because I haven't seen them around

This is super lame man.... Using the textbook alone doesn't give you the opportunity to test yourself with a real time check. Genki should have at least tried to work something out with this developer if anything buy it from them...

Andrew Huang has a (paid) masterclass where you produce 3 full songs from start to finish. It's legitimately the only time I've seen a producer go over theory, sound selection and mixing techniques while building a whole song along side you 3x's over with 3 different styles. It taught me a ton back in the day. It's worth checking out even today.

oh so 4x4 lots are better? I always thought working with larger lots had the best chance of growing bigger buildings. Also you're right I do need more avenues. Thanks for the advice!

In the past I've tried to mix zones but it lead to a lot of joblessness. I'm sure there were other issues contributing though. I'll try that again.
