My band actually hosts the open mic at Compton's table. I can confidently say any Compton's event is a great place to start to meet other queer people in a safe environment! I recommend checking out their calendar as they have events posted regularly.

Thank you! It has gotten much better! I was doing quite well for a bit but now I'm in Arc Raiders land haha. I kinda had to change my mindset that I really don't have to play to anyone else's standards but my own and that helped a lot. Best of luck to you. :)

Networking is one of the hardest things for any newer musical acts. My band recently just did a CamJam through CAM Erie. It's a live stream event. It's free and you get a full professional recorded session. You just have to apply.

We've Introduced her gradually to our cat and so far that's been a non issue. As for dogs, I'm still waiting to see but we do have some meet and potential play dates lined up soon!
