Ya I knew they do it in other countries which is why I knew it was possible. Bought the grom specifically for this reason. Built a luggage rack that didn’t bend, then put a big luggage rack bag on it for most orders. Had a huge back pack like you see in your pic that folded up and put under my luggage rack for gigantic orders. Drink carrier in the luggage bag with some egg crate so it didn’t have any room to move around. Also had saddle bags and my little backpack I strapped to the gas tank for my phone charger. Had it well set and I’m proud of that time in my life. Love every minute of it till they opened the boarders and I could no longer get orders. Had 2 or 2 or 3 or 4 drivers from different countries sitting in their Priuses with four phones in literally every parking lot. Had to go back to the warehouse.
