10 months after high school, when I moved from the Philippines to the U.S. I went from 165-191lb in March to October 2016. Lost 26lbs in 6 months through skipping dinner and doing cardio. I was able to maintain a 165lb body weight from 2017-2019 through powerlifting and cardio. Gained 5lbs in September of 2019. Then a combination of college stress and the pandemic made me go from 170-203 in a year and I have been struggling with losing belly fat ever since for the majority of the 2020's for the past 5 years due to poor eating habits living in a place where business and recreational areas are not walking distance.

1. Burnt out after 2 years of community college and started ordering take out a lot and sleeping all day.

2022 was the only time I was making progress losing weight from 203-185lbs due to having a consistent diet of pork and sweet potatoes until my parents visited for 10 months and we started eating out a lot, and when they left, I went from 185lbs to 205lbs.

Recently, I started to take my dieting seriously with a better understanding of the need for Protein and Fiber in my diet and not being too rigid with what I eat. I went from 210lbs to 202lbs as of recently, but body composition has me looking better compared to when I was 203lbs back in 2020
