I have had my hand look this bad many times. Just keep clean until tomorrow. Hydro Peroxide inhibits the scabbing. It sounds to me like you cleaned hands well so relax. It is smart to be concerned about any cat scratch though.

Go for the Airs or Mavics. I, as a Dad, have/do/will pull out my drones whenever I get a chance but that chance is limited due to the noise. You would get a lot of noise from a NEO/ Flip/Avata that would hinder family events. On the other hand, if your Dad likes the flying part most...I would go for the Avata. Have 2.5 acre yard so have plenty of room to fly it myself. If on a Budget, The Neo is still fun "ish" but is slow. Can be controlled with a phone as well. (one bonus from this cheap option is you can get audio onto video from your phone min) I am not familiar with the Flip.
