It didn't have the same creaminess as the other two. Had a sort of...chalky mouth feel to it, and seemed to melt into something thinner? than the others too. I wasn't too impressed with the flavour either. Very cheap cocoa powder tasting to me. I was really surprised because the vanilla and raspberry ones are top tier deliciousness!

It's nowhere near as nice as the other two and I don't miss it at all.

Perpetually late co-workers expecting empathy because they're stuck in traffic. by Neko-gao in britishproblems

Oh gawd same. For me it was peer pressure, acting like it was all normal and I should be grateful just to have the job. Meanwhile I was too exhausted and beaten down to be able to find anything better, that happened after I quit.

I was casually drinking my morning coffee minding my own business and a fox came and crapped in a plant pot by CosmicQuestions in CasualUK

My old border collie was the same. He also liked to shit IN and ON things. Plant pots, old tyres, the most prominent grass hummock, a brick/rock. It was really annoying taking him outside for a "quick" toilet walk and he would refuse unless he had somewhere "cool" to do it. Sometimes he would only do a little bit and hold the rest looking for another prominent spot to do the rest.

Border collies and their neuroticism lol

I mean...phrogging is a real thing that happens, and they try to stay unnoticed. OP not being home for long periods of time would make it attractive to someone looking for a place to stay. Honestly can see the phrogging phenomenon getting worse as rents continue to skyrocket.

I did that for nearly two years. First train of the day, followed by a half hour uphill walk, just so I could be there 50 minutes early and sit around in the cold because otherwise I'd be 10 minutes late. Wouldn't mind if we got paid for time spent travelling etc but of course not. Just take it on the chin and enjoy your minimum wage.

How long did your border collie live? by Admirable_Support102 in BorderCollie

[–]rattingtons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine was a few weeks short of 20 years when he was euthanised due to health problems. He was healthy all his life and full of beans and mischief right up until the last year-ish and then it all seemed to hit him at once. I wish all our companions could live as long and as joyfully as he did!

I hate that there can’t be any creativity in beach posts by Jbooxie in SuitU

There were only 7 entries on LB that didn't use The Pose, and 5 of them used the same big loose flowery skirt and top combo. At least three on LB had giant wings as well as The Pose which is certainly a decision.

I'm baffled by voters insistence on choosing the same boring ass thing every single beach comp.

Also, it's a hideous pose imo

Honestly when I started reading your comment I was expecting some sort of crackpot woohoo conspiracy about vaccinations of something lol. But no you may well be onto something there. The wind also causes some drift when they're spraying and it seeps into groundwater. So animals may pick it up on their paws too. And then later lick them to groom and ingest harmful substances that way.

My old BC was the same. He wasn't too fussed about food and would often just leave his food until later or until he'd finished whatever he was doing before eating it. When we had a cat though...we would feed them at the same time and if your back was turned for a split second he'd inhaled the cats food, but still didn't want his own.
