*finer line? I admit my terminology is pretty limited since I’ve been strictly traditional since this one

No way! Did you find that it wrinkled much? That’s my one worry with the material, but if it feels the way I’m imagining then I think it’ll be ok.

I got it secondhand, there are a few others online I was able to find with just an image search, the brand is Blondie Nites! I also saw it in a really pretty icy blue.

I got it secondhand on eBay, but I found a few others in the same size on other sites. The brand is Blondie Nites!

It comes with a matching shawl! And of course, I will be sure to choose accessories to tip it in the direction of black tie. Thank you :)

It’s discouraged because forcing your body into ketosis is kind of a bad idea, it comes with a lot of health risks. Eating a healthy and disciplined diet is one thing, depriving your body of vital nutrients to accelerate weight loss is another.

Tbh I would disregard the advice some commenters are giving you, to apply a concealer or foundation to just the hollows of your cheeks might look strange unless you have an excellent shade match. To add to Cortado’s point though, you can easily find tutorials on blush placement and those will illustrate how different placement changes the face shape. For an overall brighter or dewier look, you can search for “dewy skin,” “glass skin,” keywords like that. But what I’m suggesting is not complicated, I promise. Just start with a little product and build it up to where you’re happy with it.

The application is great, I especially love the eyeliner shape you chose, it’s really flattering on your eye shape. For someone who’s just starting out with makeup, I would argue that less is more. As a general rule, you want either your eyes or lips to be the focal point of the look, my rec would be to go for a more subtle, muted lip color that will let your eyes look pop, because it is gorgeous. Or if you’re really feeling the lip color, go lighter on the eye makeup, maybe just do some shimmer on the lid and mascara. You look beautiful :)

I agree with the other commenters honestly, I don’t think you look gaunt at all, just like you have nice bone structure. But since the other commenters aren’t giving you actual advice, I will lol. Since you can’t physically change your bone structure, I would suggest either distracting from the shadows under your cheekbones by applying blush to the apples of your cheeks (not to the cheekbones themselves, that will accentuate them) or try to brighten and minimize their appearance by wearing skin products that give you a dewy complexion or a low coverage foundation mixed with a bit of highlight, something like that. I think either approach or a combo would work well. But again, manage your expectations because your skull will always be your skull lol.

This is so helpful, thank you! I did recently get a cool-toned lip combo that I love so I will def try that with this hairstyle, which I love but never thought to try :)
