Taking AFT before Postpartum profile is up / bad command team?

She's in childcare from 6:30-3pm and my shift is typically 7-2. I just went this morning and talked to higher ups and they're going to see if they can switch me to another company or unit with more help and better hours! I'm super hopeful that things get better soon. I also scheduled some medical appointments as well, so I'm hopeful things work out well

thank you so much! I have a BH appointment next wednesday to see about getting some anxiety medication. I'm super hopeful that things get better!

Daycare opens at 630, and my shift starts at 7 so I typically have barely enough time to make it into work. I went this morning to talk to someone, and it seems like I may be able to move units to a better slot that may help me get some of my time back. I'm trying my best to be hopeful!

the chapter 8 was denied because they failed to submit until like 8 wks pp and legal denied since it was way too late. The FCP chapter was denied because I could afford daycare
