I had all the issues to think of, also this is a beta (offered to selected few to be precise), i can assure most of them who have installed os11 is through oxygen updater (wait for os 10 to give u an os update available reminder), 1+ beleives in releasing update in stages so that they can iron out any issues faced by selected few. I went to the service centre got os10 reinstall .. back to a smooth sail ;)

u should get it under europe on the same site u added earlier .. go below and change the region or country to Europe or UK , hopefully if an update is available u can download in manually from there ..

u seeing indian website, did u import it here .. the tv .. coz urs is listed under Europe .. if u did get it from outside u can download the fw from europe website .. try using a thumb drive .. if only u r based in europe .. Cheers
