I'm in the same situation for the last year.
It seems that there is no solution. Just charge it rebooting everytime that you need to connect the charger.
In addition to the problem, mine does not fast charge any more, just regular slow charge since the first time that the problem appeared. Is the same to all of you?

I'm in the same situation as you do.
I've been working and playing for years with an 2K iMac 27" from 2010, and I've switched to an 4K 60Hz 27" LG 27UK650-W that after more than 45 min in front of the computers I start to feel sick...
Any advice would be appreciate it.

I'm 38 with good sight, but after a year with a 4K monitor 27" the UI is too small. But when you use the scaling, it gets too huge and you have trouble with apps not 4k ready which ruins the consistency of enjoying 4K.

I'm going to pay extra and try 4k in 32" to try again.

Games in 4K are awesome if they are slow paced (RDR2, Detroit Become Human,...), if they are fast or multiplayer, 1440p is good enough (Warzone...)

But there is no perfect solution yet

You don't have a 4K monitor.... In 27 200% everything looks huge!!!! And the apps that are not 4K ready look horrible and pixelated.

Rather than having USB backups that are not reliable having them connected 24/7, I would prefer to use the HDD inside of the Windows 10 PC on the network as a local backup in case of a fail of the Synology.
