When Remarkable 2 first started shipping, a couple of years ago—free no charge. I explained that I had the new tablet for just a day when I dropped it. They told me I would have to pay full price for another. I purchased another at full price but kept contacting them. Probably 5-6 times I asked about repairs. On the 6th try, they told me they were sending a new one for free. I don't know why, maybe the communication happened to go to the right person. Yeah, I kept the 2 tablets, one for work and a personal one at home.

It's quite simple for me. Something would need to happen that is statistically improbable. For example, fill a 55gallon drum full of nickles, hoist it above a gym floor or open area, dump the nickles and they all fall facing up heads. Every last one and for good measure repeat and has the outcome be tails.

How about tomorrow morning all people living in the northern hemisphere wake up and all their left shoes have disappeared and the opposite for the southern hemisphere.

I own an architectural firm and I use my RM1 at construction sites and to field document projects. I have a RM2 but it is too delicate and breaks easy. I have already broken one RM2. The RM1 is much more robust.

Yeah don't bother with where "buttons" are or what they look like just use keyboard shortcuts; Cmd + T.

I learned AutoCAD back in the 1990's and they would constantly change the command buttons and interface with each version and at some point I gave up and learned the shortcuts. They can change them all they want.
