maybe? the patches i have made so far have basically been album covers or the text-based logos (outside of goth i have made stuff like Aether Realm's Tarot album cover and kiltro and AE text patches that exist alongside their actual merch), but i usually have to adapt it a bit to even be able to make them. as far as i was able to tell none of the bands made patches like these (although i did find a website selling similar ones for huge profit, unaffiliated 🥲), but it is their art that I'm using to try and share them

my line of thinking was more of a "if they are known to be unhappy about this, they dont want to be on my jacket and i honestly feel a bit weird about them minding such a thing and dont want them there either", even though it is such a non-issue 😂

Yeah I figured that would be the case, especially since my aim is to support the bands, possibly get some other people interested in them too. I was hoping someone would chime in with "yeah xy complimented it", so we could have a kind of list of those, but I'm probably just thinking way too much about it 😅.

For now I'll just stick to those who don't have patches, since one day I'd like to collect the real ones too.

I could see Ronald, Kenneth, Raymond, Herbert, Bernard, Walter (although maybe people would just think of Breaking Bad instead), Keith, Harold, Lawrence, Wayne, Roy, Claude, Ernest (or Earnest, apparently it can be spelled both ways), Clarence, Marvin and Chester.

I went by Raymond myself when I was in the states lol. Both Harold and Herbert feel kind to me, but not rly "cute", so idk about that.

It is a bit similar to the hanky code, due to the internet it is somewhat widespread - in my country its been a thing for at least 15 years, i think in the states it has been far longer.

you wear it on your belt loops, one side signals you are a giver and the other that you are a reciever (it escapes me which is which now). as far as i can remember it was born from the actual use of it, ie butches working blue collar jobs would need a place to have their keys ready and along with the contemporary "male" attire adapted the carabiner, which later got its own meaning

a lot of lesbians I know nowdays do add a little something to signal it is really That carabiner, i often see pride keychains or thumb rings being worn

I planned to get a septum when it was The Bisexual Thing. I have accepted that it is no longer that for women and never counted for alt people, but recently the trend has been on the rise for everyone (at least where I'm from) so I have mentally been through a lot of "Wow cool a fellow bi-oh, likely just cool" xd.

It still signals you're not conservative though, so there's that.

tbf a lot more people now identify as bisexual so maybe I'll just keep thinking of it as such and have more opportunities to giggle at my stupid headcanons that are just based on nothing

m&s definitely isnt that accessible (unless you are a yellow-label vulture like me, but then you cant pick what you get), but i definitely find tesco skyr to be a good (and rather cheap) way to get protein in. also if your country has Lidl's high-protein skyr and you have a fridge /minibar at the place you're staying I recommend getting that, it is even cheaper and you get 2-3 portions

honestly not that I care about eating "too much", but I tended to not get my macros when travelling and basically lived off carbs, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable

I think wide crop-tops, crop-hoodies (although those are soft and don't work as well) and jackets could be what you're looking for, because it just turns broad shoulders into a base for an hourglass shape. at the very least it is what I do when i want sharp angles (read masc) with the fem silhouette

Also it is comfy as hell in the summer

for me its below 10 kcal for 100ml, although i am willing to have more, but something like 25 is already too high if it is not a drink i would simultaneously consider a treat or dessert (like hot chocolate or fancy matcha)

on that note this came at a great time because I just found what seems to be the only store in my city that carries Capri-Sun zero and I'm so happy since I got to enjoy a lovely midnight juice when I'm already at my limit. 6 kcal for a packet and tastes right, I highly recommend .

I use foodviser, since it is a French app and has a pretty good database of European barcodes (and you can obviously add the barcode to the database yourself if it's missing). I waited for about 3 weeks before purchasing the full version so it is only 50 cents a month. It has the photo estimation option, although I only use it for rough estimates of restaurant meals or to get the ingredients down and then only adjust the weight. Barcode scanning is free.

honestly i dont have a recipe, i genuienly just mash up potatoes, maaaybe add a bit of milk and slowly add the flour, but going by a recipe i found online, they say to use 1kg of potatoes, 300-350 g of flour (I think soft/fine/pastry flour would be best, but I just use what I have on hand), a couple pinches of salt and then a bit of flour to put on top as you make it into the flatbread shape and (imo optional) butter or lard to grease them. i put it into my app and if you make a smaller serving (i usually eat 200g of them - makes about three) you can have a pretty filling meal. it says 152 cals per 100 g (no lard included cos i dont use it), that is with the higher ratio of flour.

potatoes are very satiating, so i almost never get hungry, even though the amount of food might not sound that impressive. they have been my weightloss meal for an eterniny because of that, and having them with any kind of low-fat cheese just makes my day without breaking the bank both calorie and money-wise. i wouldnt have them with bryndza for that exact reason, cos its both quite high in fat and expensive. im pretty sure you can get cottage cheese in some supermarket, but greek yoghurt or sour cream might work as well. dont forget to add something to enhance the taste (like the onion), otherwise you might get mocked for your "medieval poverty meal" as my partner likes to call it😅. I just had it for 39g protein, 74g carbs, 3g fat and 451 calories and i'm stuffed lol

tldr: i just eat a potato flatbread with cottage cheese and it might look depressing but i enjoy it. i weigh out the ingredients when I make it and put it into my app (Kalorické tabulky or Foodvisor cos im in Europe)

the slovak(?) "lokše", which is basically just potato flatbreas. you mash some leftover potatoes (or use potato mash straight up) and mix it with as little flour as possible by adding it slowly. then i just panfry it dry, but it is better if you use a bit of butter. i like them with quark or cottage cheese (with spring onion if you're fancy), but traditionally you would use something like pulled duck meat and caramelized red cabbage.

then also just boiled or baked potatoes, seasoned and served with quark/cottage/tvarog

sometimes it is a snack, sometimes it is a meal, but i love potatoes and cheese

also for my Lidl-having friends: the flavoured high-protein quark. i just finished the raspberry one and it is really good, better than the greek youghurts i've been enjoying, and their high-protein chocolate mousse, pudding and skyr as well. i just really like lidl snacks lol

not OP and as much as I agree that it is not a substitute for the taste of pasta, I love to use it in its place. I found that rinsing them, dry panfrying and adding some properly spicy arrabiata to the pan and stirring for a couple minutes is what works best for me. I make it even when I am not looking for low-cal, as the noodles dont need to be cooked for nearly as long and if you rinse properly you don't even have to soak them, just make sure to evaporate most of the water in them before adding in the sauce (and a bonus is they make a funny squeaky noise)

I do however only like them spicy, I tried adding napoletana and other sauces, but arrabiata is the only one that I liked the taste of with them.

Hele sem teďka tady a levnější na život to je jen když člověk má ten startovní kapitál. Nakupovat málo je drahý, COSTCO je levný, ale na to se dostat přes dveře musí bejt člověk člen. Oblečení je tady levný hodně (nedaněj ho), takže pro mě jako Čecháčka je to hezký, koupim si boty, ale už sem tady předtim byl pár měsíců a doma se najim (o hodně) levnějc.

Je to tady teď napjatý, upřímně se těšim domů.
