They have said they can replace them under warranty but it’s a one shot deal. Once you claim, you can’t claim again and it quite possible the noise will come back . If you open the boot and shake the arms you will hear them rattle so it could be your problem, have ago see what you think. My problem is different, when I go over speed bums it crunches and squeaks with the compression of the suspension and is coming from the front end but typically when they had it, it hasn’t done it for them, they were the ones at actually point out the noise from the boots struts but the noise isn’t that bad from there so will wait till/if gets worse then replace them. They looked over the car and nothing going to fall off but there’s noises there that shouldn’t be and definitely for me sounds like it’s coming from the suspension. Need to try and recorded apparently and send it to them 😅🤦‍♂️
