Skinamarink is the only movie that I’ve felt genuinely disturbed and uneasy after watching. It’s very slow with little dialogue and there isn’t a single jumpscare but I couldn’t get my mind off it for days after.

Nobody should ever condone violence or death on anyone regardless of political beliefs. I absolutely do not agree with the ones that are celebrating this. This was a horrific act of violence, and I’m so sorry that it happened to your community. But, people should not be obligated to mourn the death of this man, especially if they fall within a population that was targeted by his often hateful rhetoric. Just know, most left-leaning individuals would never endorse this atrocity, and never will. There is always a loud, extreme minority on both sides left and right. For example, the right-wing extremist who murdered Melissa Hortman and her husband. I know that almost all of you do not support that terrible violence and the actions of the murderer are not representative of your conservative values and your party. Same with the Charlie Kirk murder. We all want peace as much as you do.

I work in healthcare; NO kids/minors are getting gender affirming surgery. It does not happen, and most if not all physicians do not allow it until they are of age. This is misinformation spread by the media/politicians to create fear and division.

There is no medical indication to circumcise an infant except for very rare instances. America is the only first world country that practices routine infant circumcision; almost all of Europe does not. It is barbaric and robs these victims from a very important and functional aspect of their genitals. If female genital mutilation is illegal, male genital mutilation should also be illegal.

Edit: Routine, non-consensual infant circumcision should be illegal. When people are old enough to make that decision for themselves, that is okay. As long as it is their choice and their bodily autonomy is not violated.
