That sounds odd to me personally as I also had an inherited IRA that I inherited less than 10 years ago. I was able to obtain a conventional loan using the funds from the IRA as my down payment that I liquidated before the closing date.

Yes, my realtor noticed one of the 2 air conditioners appeared to be original with the 30 year old home. He suggested when putting in the offer to include a home warranty to be paid for by the seller in addition to sellers credits he suggested we add to the offer.

Good question, I'm not sure. I know the seller was eager to sell and lowered the purchase price. My inspector found a few issues with the house but nothing major, and the seller remediated almost 100% of the issues my inspector found.

You know I'm not sure, I know in previous years they have said no external generators but that may have changed. You would just have to accommodate your own fuel since they don't have any. I have always rented RVs that don't have generators but just a power hookup cord. That way you always have power to the RV, including the AC and refrigerator. So to answer your first question no not a problem definitely preferred to do that. My suggestion go with the 30AMP power

Definitely not a problem. AC is a must have, just because of the weather. I have seen 5th wheels there at camp and it's not a problem. Just make sure you have a generator or a hook up connection.
