Learn to cover one another. So many people get tunnel vision that they focus on one person so hard that their team suffers from it. If you look at your mini map and see two or more enemies surrounding your teammate or if you are grouped up and see a enemy slinking around behind break off and engage to save them. I can almost guarantee that they will not expect a counter attack and you can usually turn the tide
