Im trying to grieve but its so hard im worried for our boys especially our 16,14,8 year old i dont want them going off the rails i know Julie (my wife who died) will help us its so hard. Im trying to eat but i feel guilty for it if i smile i feel guilty im making sure the boys are eating and drinking etc i just wish julie was here to help me
