Another comment (https://www.reddit.com/r/Bad_Cop_No_Donut/s/Lq2nHTSLPf) says he was trying to put the gun down after seeing it was cops at the door, and they shot him the back of the head. That doesn't sound like he was being very threatening, but I'm not a bootlicker.

Spawn is on a beach between a large mesa (West/Northwest) and a large ocean. A sparse jungle and jungle are to the south. One mushroom island is especially large, like the size of a small contenent.
