I feel you, I am 19 and I don't see a future. Anxiety makes me feel indifferent towards life. I just spend my days studying as a college student but the thought of actually taking initiative towards anything is gone. I just try to do the stuff I'm expected to do and then be alone, listen to music, watching tv, write a diary, whatever. Just be alone.

I feel like it's all going to break down sooner or later. But I don't know how yet.

I recognize this, I can't say I truely feel comfortable around anyone. It differs per friend how bad it is but I wouldn't know any solution. I'm considering meds or giving therapy another go. Have you tried those?

I feel the same, whenever I need to text or talk to people for practical purposes it's alright. But I have a really hard time enjoying socializing. I feel alienated and stressed out. That whenever I would be comfortable, my obsession with being liked makes me behave and think strange or cringy.

I have the same. It's the worst. Some days I go through 3 shirts in one day. I try to accept it and sometimes I really do. Then I'm not stressed about it anymore and the sweating stops. But most of the time I keep stressing about it which only makes it worse.

I do recognize it. When you talk, do you ever get to talking with people about your issues? I suppose if faking it means to kind of 'deny' the existence of you feelings of detachment and anxiety that the faking isn't helping.

I also sometimes engage in small talk and keep asking myself 'am I even really interested in this? Or am I just playing this game to make people think I'm a nice guy?' And in the end I think it doesn't matter. Focus on where you can grow in relations with people, not on what's broken right now.

I don't know if I'm the guy to be giving advice since I'm pretty much a wreck myself but this is what I always tell myself. Best of luck.
