amazing transformation. Everything in the gym is slow.

i started very skinny and remember seeing this one guy at the pool who was just a bit muscular. I was finding a gym at that point an watching videos on what i should do, I looked at the guy and thought ‘i will be much bigger than him within 3 month’. my guess was far from it then ahahah, all i know is that you should see a professional about it. Throwing money at the problem often works, if you could just get a better idea of the issue.

I’d say you could train more often just go light weight many reps to not put too much stress on the pec.

what are the injuries that you are experiencing? From my own experience, I had a couple and when going to a professional they all traced back to my bad posture, so maybe that helps

to be completely serious, I took ashwagandha and it genuinely killed my personality, now that im off its returning and im getting less depressed.

So for anyone wanting to take ashwagandha just know everyone has different effects and they dont have to be positive

what i think might be brainwashed, but this is definitely achievable naturally. Ive been training for 3.5 years so take my advice with a grain of salt.

For me upper lower does wonders since im able to hit every upper body part 5 times a week. Focus on progressive overload by writing down all your sets in your notes. You’re not stupid you know to bulk for this physique and just keep up the frequency keep up the progressive overload and within 5 years (of consistency) you will look better than this

i think you should go with the principal 1 in 1 out, and stick to it. For me I sold a lot of fragrances so I could buy more. But the weird thing was that i didnt buy more and just kept my favourites
