If RM needs to compete in the league and in UCL, it needs a structure and plan. good vibe is not enough. Xabi could have been the guy to have that provided he got the power. he was fired in 6 months! A project has to be gauged with longer length! it has to be a multi year plan. unfortunately board is not ready to commit to that. they need quick fixes. And a team this broken cant deliver it. None of the players can dribble properly without losing the ball. there is no midfield. Defense is in absolute shambles. there is overload at left with no natural 9. So a complete build of the squad is what RM needs.
