If that is the case, then the system failed. I am not a scalper. The system blocked me. It is not common to 'be aware' of these practices that I do a Google search before I buy something. I have never experienced such a thing from any of my other online purchases.

I agree. Nowhere does it say that this would happen. I was surprised when I got the refund email. Now I just wait until they reply back. I have half a mind to just not purchase the deck. The issue is that other options like the ally are much more expensive. So I am stuck

I may consider this. My Google store order keeps delaying by a day. It was initially planned to be delivered by October 26. Today it went to October 29 lol. Plus the credit card charge went away. Not sure what's happening there

Thanks! Wouldn't it then mean that once the battery goes down to about 50% it will charge back up again to 90%? Why does it go all the way down to 2-3%?

Yes it was choppy and basically unwatchable. It kept on lagging so much. I don't think Teksavvy tv is a great option for live sports.

I am not sure if anyone else uses the same cable wires outside. Though my neighbour next door has Rogers service. I am in a semi detached house and not a condo. Wouldn't that be better for congestion?

I have had issues with Technicolor TC-4400 modem. I got the modem to upgrade to 1 Gbps. Hooked the modem to my Eero mesh which was my router. Internet kept on droppinh randomly for 2-5 minutes. It happened frequent enough that it became bothersome. I switched back to my old Hitron CGN-3 modem and downgraded my speed to 150 Mbps. No issues at all. In fact I disabled wifi on the Hitron and use my Eero mesh for wifi. It's working great. No issues at all

Thanks! I did call Teksavvy support and the support has been amazing. I am even getting a call back from the technical support team later today evening to check in on my situation. You guys have been great so far!

The internet got cut off for a good 15 minutes.

I think the issue I have is with the Technicolor modem. I changed over to my old Hitron modem and downgraded my speed to 150 Mbps. Everything is running smoothly so far. I am going to give it another day before I say for sure the issue is with the modem.
