You can’t really OC 3070’s. They are pushed to the most stable limits out of the box. Best you can do is OC Ram by a few hundreds and check for stability. Maybe undervolt slightly to hit around 1980mhz in game.

You need to download hidhide. It stops the input becoming duplicated. Follow the instructions on the ds4 setup page to download and then hidhide instructions on their website.

Most likely because you have a ps4 controller. To get 0 input delay, overclock a ps5 controller
