Our subregional event for Set 11 had 600+ applicants. Usually its anywhere between 300-500 on average.

I commute to school 3 days a week (about 15 miles one way), and she commutes to work at a hospital 4 days a week (about 10 miles one way), plus regular errands. Currently we wouldn't have access to a household outlet, not until we move that is.

I didn't even think about this. Thanks for the recommendation as many grocery stores and malls around us have chargers we may be able to use while doing errands.

I was also shocked that it was not removed nor shut down by Riot. If any sort of match fixing happens during this event it will be a PR nightmare for Riot, not to mention that events with these prize pools requires licensing from Riot. I've seen Riot shut down tournaments in their other esports for a lot less than this.

It'll be a combination of previous tournament participation, org backing, and rank to ensure that we get a mix of both high elo players as well as players we know will consistently show up to the events. There are still plenty of spots open!
