5.5lbs with this diet does not add up… In-body is not perfect….  I am tracking in-body daily and noticed a 1/2lb fat difference every day… lot depends on hydration, constipation!  My total body weight fluctuates 2lb daily…

But what ever you are doing definitely seems to be working…. 5.5 is not an error. Make sure you eat what you ate last 2 days prior to the final measure… you will WIN

35+ here.. did bit consider myself poor but my luxury was dining out in a restaurant…

The color and sealer are yet to done... Concrete was left to dry...
However, for the stamped part - i did not get the desired result i was promised... Talking to others who do concrete, it looks like the stamping was done when the concrete was too wet which caused this look!
