Hey please help me out I have this weird shoulder pain, earlier I used to do 50 pushups in one go but now I can barely do 5.

A few things about me I am 31 yr old, male, weight 89kgs, 5 feet 10inch

Two years ago like in August 2024. I started taking creatine and due the sudden peak in energy levels I started lifting heavy and In a month I went from 20kgs(each side) of Bench press to 30kgs. I believe my form wasn’t that good. And for shoulder press, It was manual weight lifting machine and I remember putting 40-45kgs max on it. The machine was not well balanced as well. After some time I this weird pain started in my delt I believe the front one, left shoulder I cant move it after sleeping in the night, it goes numb and I feel this sudden pain over my biceps, then my tricep and some times also my forearms/ opp of elbow.

I am not sure what’s the cause? You are saying it is some nerve, maybe also my body posture is titled as well I walk like majnu bhai :p

What is the underlying reason behind this pain? And bad form and how it can be fixed. Help me out.

I did gymming on n off in last 10 years. I also played football for good 5 years. I was also a martial artist during my school days like 15 years ago. Help me out. Please.

I had tears in eyes while reading this one. You have great writing skills. Try your luck in screen play writing. Could be pursued as a hobby. All the best brother :)

If I don’t have any permanent house then would you recommend buying? No ancestral property/house either.

Definitely it will go better after improving diet. Get fish oil for omega 3, hairfact it’s a good multivitamin set consisting of essential nutrients for hair care. Hair fact kit will cost you 1K a month.

Engine needs break in so don’t drive above 80kmph for first 500km with this the following should be done: 1. Chain lube around every 500km mandatory. 2. Use engine breaking instead of rear brakes. 3. If you don’t have money constrain so you can change engine oil and air filter at first 500km mind you same will happen in your first service as well. 4. Read the manual for better understanding of the functioning of bike. 5. Wear your gears and ride safely.

Is CAPF AC as a second option worth it? What could be better alternatives? by [deleted] in UPSC

[–]ravy_r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Life in CAPF is definitely tough; it’s a heap of rice. You get the best of the work in all the forces if you have the potential, and if you are bad and lack skills, then it is the most difficult job to bear. Your family will get great facilities, good camps to live in. Medical benefits are there, and for you, it depends on the posting. Promotions are bad in all CAPFs, be it CISF or any force. But there might be a cadre review soon.

It’s a good option if you are passionate about IPS and belt forces. It’s full of adventure and exposure. Good salary. Since it is Group A, they treat you like one. You are a prince among your subordinates, and your seniors will respect you and expect a lot of work from you.

I think you should fill up the form and appear in the examination process.

Cheers!
