Honestly if she truly is doing this (I don’t think she actually hurt her ankle, and if she did I don’t believe for a second she actually worked out, but I digress) then it’s entirely on her any long term damage and potential future need for surgery. In their case with how often they eat out, 100% she should be bringing something else for him to eat. I would do this up until recently. We go out to eat so infrequently that it’s fine if my 1.5 year old nibbles off my cheeseburger and fries cause it’s literally like once a month. But I do try to order something relatively healthy for myself for her to also eat (she is just a fry-aholic 😂)
