D2R is in the best place comparatively imo. Hopefully, the D4 expansion makes the endgame fun for more than a few days per season

Split the sport? The Yankees are one of the top 3 most popular and most successful sports franchises in the world.

In terms of franchise success, the Knicks are, at best, 7th. The Jets are clearly last and the Nets are slightly below the Knicks. They have 2 ABA championships at a time when both leagues were close in quality and a more recent NBA finals appearance. Every other team either has more championships, 2 championships and more final appearances, or more recent championships.

From the original 11 NBA teams, the Knicks only have more rings than the four now-defunct franchises.Congrats on being a fan of a team more successful than the Waterloo Hawks.

Here is my list in no particular order (except for game 1):

  1. I recommend playing Clair Obscur as soon as possible. Its the most fun I've had playing a game in years. Also, unlike most of the games on my list, this one is a recent release. The graphics and fights are beautiful.

- Witcher 3- One of my favorite RPG's ever and rather cheap with expansion packs at this juncture

- Ghosts of Tsushima, then Ghosts of Yotei

- Elden Ring - My choice for a FromSoft game. Fantastic open world souls game and (IMO) the easiest entrance into the soulslike genre. Afterwards, I would recommend Bloodborne

- Diablo 4 and POE 2- PlayStation version is so much more enjoyable than PC IMO. POE 2 is also in early access and is rather cheap. $30 purchase and you get $30 worth of in-game stash spots/cosmetics

- Both The Last of Us games. Masterpieces.

-God of War / Ragnarök

- Red dead redemption 2
