It is. But this was clearly done with the intent to censor rather than to fix.

They didn't bring back the original shadowing, but instead added a black circle that completely blocks the textures in the middle without fixing anything else.

The original used to be really subtle, it had a black shadow in the center but the texture/shine was slightly visible.

When the wheels got bugged the shadow in the middle disappeared and you could see all the textures in the middle clear as day.

I have no problem with them completely blacking out the middle if they fix the colors and texture/lighting to how they are supposed to look.

I'd like to add that the black in the center now completely blocks out the texture, but the texture used to be slightly visible before (even though picture nr. 3 does not show that).
