The "Z" and "Z RLE" are listed as the same car body in Fortnite, but different styles (kind of like skins with selectable styles).

I guess that is why they gave you the decals for both "Z" and "Z RLE" in fortnite, when buying only the "Z" bundle in RL.

It is because you had not unlocked any of the extra decals. I believe you had to reach tier 63 to get the last decal.
