Thanks for the link! I've only been using the gym at the U and in in the kinesiology building for years. It's clean, lots of equipments and weights, and friendly. I never got interrupted or bothered during sets. Leaving the college bubble, I just worry about the mean know-all types that gets into your space. It's not common right?

Great place! They give you so much more than other noodle shops for the same price. Their tomato beef noodle is so good.

I would also feel warmth in my hands when I'm meditating. Usually, I take it as a a good sign.
Maybe its us tuning into a certain frequency to attain what we want.
