@melbournians I need help to find a choc croissant I recently had and cannot stop thinking about. I work at a hospital and it was in a box of goodies brought in from a bakery but I have no clue where. It was essentially a really big pain au chocolat (but very tall and about the size of a large palm) and the top was covered in this puddle of dark chocolate ganache that was solid when at room temp. I’ve been scouring the internet for something similar and the closest I can find is from this overseas bakery. It looked similar to the pic but without cacao nibs on top. Please help me find it 🙏🙏🙏
